Q. My website isn't showing up in Google. Why?
First, make sure you search for your domain name (example: mydomainname.com). If your site is displayed in the search results, then your site has been indexed by Google and will show up in relevant search results. If not, contact us and let us know it is not being indexed on Google (please allow a few weeks for Google to index your site. This is typically how long it takes for Google to index new sites on the Internet.)
If your website is showing up but you think your site should have a better ranking, move on to question 2.
Q. My website doesn't seem optimized because I am not on the 1st page of Google. Why?
Your site is optimized for your specific geographic area. This optimization doesn't necessarily mean that you will show up #1 on Google. Keep in mind that different results are displayed based on the exact keywords you enter. A site may show up on the first page for a certain key phrase (multiple key words) but not for others.
There are many factors that Google uses to decide which websites get displayed on the first page. We do not have any control over which sites Google decides to display for a certain search word or phrase.
There some extra steps you can take to help get your site a better ranking on Google and other search engines. The most important thing you can do is have other websites link to yours. The more popular the website that links to your website, the better your rankings will be.
